2p! Monaco is a fan interpretation of the Hetalia character as "Another Color". She is quite underdeveloped within the fandom, both in terms of appearance and personality.
A few names have been proposed for her, including Jacquelyne and Cosette, with her proposed surnames being Saint-Simon or, more commonly, Bonnefoy. Giselle is the most common given name for her.

2p! Monaco is shown to be physically similar to her counterpart, though with many color differences.
Her hair color varies from being reddish brown, light brown, and blonde. It is typically still long with a braid in it, but the braid may very from being small and tied behind her head to being very large, though it is typically tied back with a red bow. Her eye color varies wildly, having been depicted as purple, red, brown, and gold. She may or may not wear her glasses.
Her clothes also very quite a bit from depiction to depiction. She may wear a red dress, a red dress shirt with a black pencil skirt, or a brown sailor uniform, among other outfits.

- 2p! Seychelles - In some depictions, the two hate each other, with 2p! Seychelles trying her best to ignore 2p! Monaco when she's around. They only agree on fashion taste, but they still argue a lot when they go shopping. In other depictions, however, the two are close friends due to their similar personalities.
