2p! Poland is a fan interpretation of the Hetalia character as "Another Color". As he is a lesser known 2p!, he isn't very developed in the fandom in terms of appearance or personality.
The most popular human name given to him is Franciszek Łukasiewicz. Another popular name for him is Feliks.

2p! Poland's appearance varies depending on the depiction. He is shown to be physically similar to his counterpart, though with many color differences.
One popular interpretation shows that he has straight, chin-length blond messy hair, sullen red-eyes, and a lacking of care in his appearance. He appears sickly, and has a cross-like scar on the right side of his mouth. Other depictions may give him green eyes.
He is also often depicted as having a red scarf, though mostly as a fashion-statement rather than because of the cold. He often wears a coat, either green or black. He may be depicted in a military uniform with a matching cap.

In 2008, Himaruya published a recolor of Poland wearing a blue variant of his uniform with the description "2P color." Himaruya mentioned Eastern, Southern, and Northern Europe being among the next characters that he would think up secondary colors for.[1]
